Hi guys, i have a huge problem and i dont knw if there's a way out. I am usually charged N15 for sending txt msgs outside nigeria including ireland which is normal but from August 2009 till date, i'm always charged N100 yes One Hundred Naira per sms (160 characters) for sending txt msgs to ireland. I've called the customer care and i hear the same story 'i will make sure they work on your line' and nothing's has been done to it and the most annoying thing's that sometimes the message doesn't get delivered.
Pls, is there a way out i'm even thinking of pressing charges against them, Anybody inhouse that can help will be appreciated,

@xtra.that is network wahala for u.why not try another network?.bcoz there was a time i sent mtn 2 mtn  txt msg and 60 bucks was zapped,same thing with Glo.But in the event whereby u insist on pressing charges against them,am willing to help u out as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court.Cheers
