1. Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing)
Location: Lagos
Reporting To: CHIEF Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
Applicants must demonstrate experience in performing the following roles and responsibilities:
•Responsible for new and existing equipment and facility projects.
•Design and draft drawings or sketches for projects.
•Modify or adjust equipment to meet specifications.
•Devise, fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components, assemblies or systems measuring instruments.
•Ability to request parts fabrication by machine shops, instruct contractors, maintenance and/or machine shops how to demo, fabricate, build and install facilities, systems and machines.
Requirements
•Interested applicants must possess an HND or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
•A good troubleshooting skill is essential. Previous Hotel experience could be an added advantage.

2. Job Title: Mechancal Engineer (HVAC or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning)
Location: Lagos
Reporting To: CHIEF Engineer

Applicants must demonstrate experience in performing the following roles and responsibilities:
•Responsible for new and existing equipment and facility projects.
•Design and draft drawings or sketches for projects.
•Modify or adjust equipment to meet specifications.
