True but they aren't really waiting for the lift alone. They need electricity to run their offices too...airvents, printers, computers, etc. Without electricity they can't get nothing done, so its best and safe too to wait outside till the power is back on.

A whole 12 hrs. If that happens I will go and check that my bill has been delivered.

Thas the only time I get light just before the bill arrives and 2 days after it arrives.

Other times it's any time you see light use it well.

In Nigeria even our small businesses run like lga. They have to drill borehole for water, buy generating set for power and manage roads too. That's why its a bit more difficult to start a business here. Tempel

It's not a "bit difficult" but extremely difficult to start a business here in Naija. you have to provide all the things u mentioned. After which multiple taxations follows as one try to kick-start the business.
