How to migrate from your current bouquet to another bouquet on Startimes Pay TV can be done in two ways:

Visit StarTimes office or accredited dealer outlets in your region to migrate to any bouquet of your choice.
Self service, with your mobile phone you can migrate from your current bouquet to another bouquet using your mobile phone.

To migrate from your current bouquet to another bouquet use the following codes respectively, via SMS with your mobile phone

StarTimes BASIC BOUQUET: TEXT

CC#Smart Card Number#PIN#B and send to 32055

StarTimes CLASSIC BOUQUET: TEXT

CC#Smart Card Number#PIN#C and send to 32055

StarTimes UNIQUE BOUQUET: TEXT

CC#Smart Card Number#PIN#U and send to 32055

Make sure you do not omit the Bouquet Code, but If you omit the bouquet code “#B” / “#C” / “#U”, Example: Sending,

CC#Smart Card Number#PIN send to 32055 This code will only recharge your current bouquet but will not Migrate to another bouquet.

Take note,

#B means Basic Bouquet.

#C means Classic Bouquet

#U means Unique Bouquet
