The federal high court Abuja, court 4 was filled to the brim as On Air Personality (OAP), Favour Michael Chioma, popularly known as FMC Exclusive Meet with the Governor of Ekiti state, Ayo Fayose.


Biafrans waited eagerly for the judgement of Justice Binta Nyako, the presiding judge on the case of the indigenous people of Biafra IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu and the other three defendants namely Benjamin Madubugwu, Chidiebere Onwudiwe and David Nwawuisi.

The judge, Justice Binta Nyako started by maintaining that the mask witness/secret trial of Nnamdi Kanu and the other defendants would still hold as no new valid reasons were submitted by Nnamdi Kanu’s counsel, to counter it.

She went further to read out the bail applications submitted by the defendants’ counsels and afterwards, granted Nnamdi kanu conditional bail on health reasons while turning down the applications of the other three defendants.

However, Nnamdi kanu’s bail came with some stringent conditions…

*He should not appear in a gathering of more than 10 persons.
*He should not grant any public or press interviews.
*He should not partake In any rally
*He should submit all his international passports and travel documents.
*He should provide the following as surgeries.
*A well known respected clergy of his faith
*A serving senator of Nigeria.
*A person for the bailbond of 100 million naira and must have landed properties in Nigeria.

The case was adjourned till June for further hearing as the court rose.
