Fresh reports have it that an autopsy has been carried out on former Director of Direct Labour Agency, Chief Lucky Ayomanor who allegedly died of cardiac arrest in the custody of the police in Sapele, Delta State. While the autopsy result is yet to be officially disclosed to the public, new photos show that the politician sustained bruises and also swollen eyes in the course of his arrest.

It was gathered that Chief Ayomanor was accosted and searched by the police, who were on a “stop” and “search” duty along Gana road in Sapele. It was alleged that a fully loaded revolver and pump action was discovered in the SUV of Chief Ayomanor after he was searched by the police.

The police immediately arrested the Community leader and a former Labour Party, Delta State House of Assembly Candidate in 2011 election, when he failed to provide the licence.

Chief Ayomanor was alleged to have fainted and was quickly rushed to the hospital by the police where he suddenly died.

u cld be right. A policeman once did it to a man who gave him a free ride by dropping a bullet inside d car, and 'cos of d way he alighted made d motorist suspect dat sth was amiss. He just moved a little distance and then searched his car, only to discover a bullet under d rug. He threw it away and moved on. On getting to d nearest police checkpoint, he was stopped 4 a "stop and search". They searched everywhere, but found nothing. D man said dat as they were searching, one of them went to d corner to make a call and he overheard him asking sb answering d call where he dropped d thing. Immediately, it dawned on him dat it was a gang-up and set-up. So, u cld be right.

Protecting his body from the camera is not that important. I think reporters are trying to expose a killing here. So its important to snap the wounds that led to his death.

The key point here is why should he be tortured to death ? That's the damage.
