What is shading there? How many people in Nigeria succeeds "because of" Government? What I understood Quest to mean is, "in spite of government struggling to provide basic amenities/services, like power, businesses are succeeding in Nigeria," which is why I am among those that proudly retweet it. "In spite of" is the opposite of "because of" 1 Like |
