Hello guys, this is to bring to your notice the poor employee appreciation we the staff of TOUCHPOINT ANALYTICS NIG LTD whom is a Customer Care contractor for MTN Nigeria receive from our management. It's been 2yrs and counting since the last time we received our annual leave allowance which according to the management's correspondence in our offer letter is payable when embarking on our annual leave and if not requested will be paid in the month of November as the case may be.
