Guys while doing survey where does a land in bariga fall under somolu or kosofe local government on the survey it's saying kosofe local government

Is it appropriate to agree to pay into a limited company (supposedly owned by the seller), when someone is about to make payment for a property, and the property is in the seller's personal name and not in the company's name?

Pls examine the necessary documents well. There is a world of difference btw a Limited company and a natural person. The sellet may be the owner of the company but the company is a different entity/person. If the company owns the land, pay to the company and not to the owner of the company. Hope you understand.

Is it legally acceptable for a seller to sell a property with 2 wings ( semi detached duplexes) to two different buyers without first doing the deed of subdivision/ partition?
And if so, should the seller or buyer be responsible for cost?
Although the whole property in magodo shangisha has a c of o from the original owner of the land, and the current owner/seller has a registered deed of assignment in his name, all the available documents are all for the whole property as opposed to individual titles for each wing of the two semi detached duplexes'
As a novice, I do not think the seller has a "fully" perfected title to sell the two wings separately. I think the law only sees the whole property as one, as opposed to two separate wings (although attached by a common wall- semi detached). I may be wrong though

First of all, where a property weda or not severed is to be sold to a prospective purchaser, d identity of such purchaser must be ascertained. If they are diffrent parties, recourse must be given to deed of partition or severance before sale, otherwise the seller may be in breach and be liable for cost.
