I still find it hard to understand how such an edifice built 2011 is being allowed to rot Low occupancy, poor facility management.

Imagine a whole estate with swimming pool (pool unkempt), basketball court and Lawn tennis court with well payed compound, access road to the Lekki-Epe Express way well paved yet the whole estate is poorly managed! I give up for this Naija
