Yes, that brave man did what needed to be done to end the carnage. What Obong Philip Effiong did, took uncommon courage. Carrying out such a difficult decision in the face of uncertainty, in order to prevent further bloodshed and save generations yet unborn, made him stand out as a great leader. May his noble soul continue to rest in perfect peace. cry
