Is it some kind of an infection? Or is my bladder too small to carry enough liquid?

Could be either of d 2.Too much water or diabetis.Pls go see a doctor,diabetis kills,if it stays too long in d body

guess visiting a doctor is the best option.

Nothing to worry about.From your post,it seems you spend most of your time in air-conditioned environment.Your body produces less sweat in this condition and more urine.
However,if this event occurs several time at bedtime,as much as 6times each night,then i suggest you pay a visit to a nephrologist to rule out chances of benign prostatic hyperplasia - prostrate enlargement.
