Tall buildings seem to b d trend in Onitsha right from time due to lack of land n people don't seem ready to move away from the city centre to areas with land

Please, I'll like to know, how possible n beneficial z t to raise a, lemme call t, singular 2-bedroom flat

Detached 2bedroom upstairs with parlour, kitchen n floor on d ground floor while d rooms will b up... N will b detached from d next one

Haven't seen such building before but it's my plan... Z t that such buildings ain't allowed or what?

Structurally, the membrane can trap more moisture inside the decking slab after casting, aiding the curing of the concrete.

Economically, the membrane can ensure the concrete don't come in contact with the wood, saving the wood for future use.
