Oshiomole commissioned Central Hospital alongside Buhari at the tail end of his administration and he went to import chairs and hospital equipment from Stella Obasanjo Hospital to deceive Buhari and Co and later returned the properties back to Stella Obasanjo Hospital after the commissioning.
