Former Death Row Records CEO, Marion "Suge" Knight is being taken to court by his baby's mother for child support for their four year old daughter.

Tammie Renell Hawkins filed paperwork in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking monthly payments from the once filthy rich Suge. But the days of popping champagne are long gone for the man who once ruled the music industry with artists like Dr Dre, 2Pac & Snoop Dogg.

Ms Hawkins will at the most receive a payment of $302 dollars a month for daughter Taz Maree Knight. Since Suge's reported income is now only $1,207 a month.

This is the second time Suge has been in this situation.

In May 2009, singer and ex-wife Michel'le filed on him for spousal and child support.

It's not looking good for Suge. Reminds me of the famous line from 50 Cent's song "Wanksta". "Damn homie, in high school you was the man homie!"
