SRAF Page-Poetry Competition is an initiative of SRAF International.
It is aimed at encouraging and giving platform to poets, enhancing creative thinking, and keep the youths working tirelessly on their talents and passions to become better people in the future.
It is open to anyone from different parts of the world.
The theme for this edition is “When the going gets Bad”

Submission Period:
Entries are received from 08th May, 2017 and closes on 22nd May, 2017.

Voting Period:
Voting which takes place on www.srafng.com starts on the 23rd May, 2017, end 31st May, 2017

Guidelines for Submission:
1. Only original poems must be submitted, all plagiarized quotes will be disqualified.

2. All Poems should be submitted with one image that correlates with the theme of their poems.

3. Only one entry per author is allowed, if anyone submits two, both will be disqualified.

5. Any poem that does not address the given theme: “When the Going Gets Bad” will be disqualified.

6. Submitted poems must not be more than 30 lines; failure results in disqualification.

7. All participants should send a copy of their submission to srafng@gmail.com, failure to do this might lead to disqualification.

Numbers of Prize Winners: 1

Criteria for winning:
All entries will be processed by our judges, 10 best quotes will be selected and listed on the site for public voting. The winner is the person with the highest number of votes.

Prize:
The winner is automatically qualified to compete with subsequent winners for SRAF Poet of the Year Award, where the eventual winner also gets #20, 000. 00 cash, and also have the chance to feature on SRAF-Pacesetters’ World, a video interview, which will be placed on our website promoted across the Globe.

Remember to select your category as “Page-Poetry Competition”, post your title and story in the spaces provided, click on “Add image” and add your image, then submit. You will see confirmation on the site that you have successfully submitted, if not send again.
After submission on the site, send the same story and your bio, which includes your phone number & location, all as the body of your email to srafng@gmail.com.
