You are missing the point my dear...... If he wants to fight a war he should go to Tecno manufacturers not the reseller but if he wants a solution he should go to the calcare, get it done and move on. He ain't the first ND he won't be the last. Warranty doesn't say "totally change a device". Mind you I'm not team Tecno.

op I would have advised u blacklist the name of company selling the phone for tecno . I had almost d same issue many ago wen I bought my first adroid phone which was tecno. No network ,hotness of the phone even though I am not using it ,the battery discharge on time and in the end I took it back to where I bought it the , u was told it was there fault that every 20 phones they buy two would fault . Every attempt to get a replacement from them prove abortive . Please blacklist the abeg .

Why are you people considering the dealer? Isn't it consumers satisfaction first in a business? And why would a dealer sell a brands product to make profit but can't make provision for a replacement? It's not like these OEMs give their products to just any dealer. Many of the dealers get the products without paying fully, they pay for only about half since they cannot guarantee sales, reason why these OEMs go on adverts on every platform to increase patronization for their latest products.

So please spare me the dealer or business crap. I'm sure the OP didn't buy it from a roadside seller, and even a roadside seller got the device from somewhere, so the chain should be reversed in cases of returns. Nigerians please let's say no to mediocre sales and after sales experiences.
