But he's in his second term already and his projects MAY not be as expensive as that of Ambode.
Osun is not close to a lagoon so building three overhead bridges there may be thesame cost as Ajah bridge.

If Ambode continues like this, he might end up being the best Governor Lagos has ever produced in recent times, all thanks Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu.

I stay around that axis and I know first hand what commuters suffered on that road on a daily basis. Common sense and responsiveness of governor has brought a solution. Now I can leave my house at any time without having to factor in time to be spent in traffic. I'm sure this is also the joy of other commuters in other parts of Lagos where the government have touched with their magic wand.

If Ambode to you is on track to be the best Lagos state governor because of ordinary pedestrian bridge and basic roads, what is he going to be after commissioning still the best bridge in Nigeria and even West Africa like the one above built by Fashola.?


...but Fashola's budget was half of Ambode's budget so Ambode's performance with just basic roads and overhead bridge is nothing per Lagos standard.

With that kind of money, we should be expecting grand and visionary projects which he doesn't have so far after 2 years in office.

Cost has nothing to do with vision and what you do with your money.

I'm 100% convinced that Ambode is no match for Aregbe with the same amount of resources liker Lagos state.


We are here celebrating ordinary overhead bridge and calling Ambode the next best thing since slice bread when others including Aregbe who is actually building a whole interchange, I mean 2 at the same time. Makes no sense.


I'm a Lagosian and I love my state, but Ambode is lagging behind.

What is it with Nigeria and road projects?Since 1999,18 years and counting of democracy uninterrupted,Na so so bridge Dem de build,what happened to quality healthcare centers with modern equipment,what happened to IPPs for constant electricity,what happened to improving quality of schools across board.I know the answer though, like followers like leaders.They know what will sweep their followers off their feet.Don't get me wrong,am not saying they shouldn't construct roads and bridges but when are we going to move past this.

I can not rate Ambode highly just because of overhead bridge ater 2 years in office, Fash2ola commissioned Okota itire bridge during his first 2 years in office and we did not say he was the best governor of Lagos state ever so why are we saying the best governor because of ordinary overhead bridge?

Ambode needs to cut down on unnecessary ceremonies and start churning out landmark projects.

Fashola's landmark project is the Lekki Ikoyi bridge. I'm looking forward to what Ambode would build.

Ambo is doing fine but I expect more please!
