Here's your diagnostics

Any content inisde the icon ?

Is it empty ? e.g 0-50%

point your cusor on the icon

what does it say ? e.g. plug in not

charging or unknow remaining

unplug the laptop from mains

so you have just battery and let

the battery run out/ flat

Take battery out.remember charger

is already out if not. follow the steps again

Don't be alarm ! This process is called ATX Reset

Hold laptop power button

down for (30secs) Re-insert

battery and charge. Then test
