As at now, nobody can unlock Haier wm200 modem. I have done a lot of research and i find out that the modem was specially made for etisalat. The unlock code that was sent to you was generated with HUAWEI unlocker. For more confirmation. Go to the manufacturer website at: http://www.haier.net/products/product.asp?proID=12928 and download the user manual at the bottom of the page. You will see etisalat logo at page 5 in the user manual you downloaded from the manufacturer company which means that this moden was specially made for etisalat. Haier wm200 can be use only in Africa and etisalat is the only company using it in Africa. Most online store who claim to have the unlocker are lying. I have tried to buy it from them but what i got is rubbish and my money is non refundable. Just let pray that God should raise someone for us to help us develop software that will unlock it. I have the modem too and i'm tired of using it. |

Hello, I just bought this off of Ebay new from a guy who said it was unlocked but it doesn't seem to be. T-Mobile USB surfstick Model: GI0431 IMEI: 357373022366843 S/N: PS298CD3HZ I don't have internet until I get this working outside of a public librarz (where I'm currently at.) Also, could someone please explain what I will have to do once I get whatever code I assume I should be receiving after making this post? All that happens when I open up the initial program that installs when I insert the USB modem is that it asks me to input my SIM pin. After I do that, it says that the device is locked and doesn't give me the opportunity to enter in any code to unlock it (as far as I can see). Thanks! |
