This may need direct unlocking;It needs to be connected with PC before it could be unlocked

There is a Software I use to generate codes.
And when this code is calculated and there is a problem in unlocking such MODEM; I may need to
connect that problematic USB MODEM with the PC with the said unlocking Box/software before it
could be finally unlocked.
The 10 counters of this MODEM might have blocked and that is only sure way of unlocking such
USB MODEM.This cannot just be done by just Anybody but by a competent Software Engineer
