The government of cross river state has directed one of is agency to collect a mandatory 500 naira levy from all generator owners in the state.(carbon emission levy). This according to them is a means of revenue generation.

 here in Ondo State, the levy is being paid by car owners most especially the private cars that looks luxury. |
