Benue state residents are taunting their state governor, Samuel Ortom, after photos of some wheelbarrows he allegedly donated to empower youths in the state surfaced online.
The Gov has denied having anything to do with the wheelbarrows.

Someone might have enlightened his dummy head on the level of his insanity when he pinched out 150k to arrange some wheelbarrows for graduates as a way of empowerment( in his foolish interpretation).
