my photos and vids do not get displayed on gallery app. If I click on the galley app, all I get is no photos/vids.

I am on android 5.1.

however,switching to guest account or creating a new account causes any new bid and photos to show up properly.

in file manager, my phone storage also doesn't show up, esp when I am on the main account. howe'er, the storage displays in file manager when I switch to guest mode.

how do I resole this pls.

Use ur phone to snap a picture. It will open and show

The whole internal storage displays properly in other accounts, like guests and a new one I created recently. The owner account won't save files or new photos. Keeps telling me sd card unmounted.

I am not using a mem card.
