Hello World!!!


Last weekend was an amazing time at “TETFUND” building at Federal University of Petroleum University (FUPRE), Delta State, as we launch Pojomatics International Mentorship Academy (PINMA). The whole story from how the idea came and how I started execution with it is an inspiration which I will write on subsequently.


Like I promised, I will share the gains of some of the participants of the programme and the first person to start with is Jeremiah Chika Okorie.


I met his after my speaking engagement at Foursquare Student Fellowship (FSF) and as we talked, I saw a young Man who has an unusual depth of Potential. I gave him some few advice and we parted.


Recently, I was amazed as he told me how he has applied some of the advice I gave him. I now see why I should polish myself consistently before this boy “go put me” out of the market when I haven’t even started my career yet because he gives the attitude of “Bros, if you don’t constantly work on yourself, you will wake up and discover am ahead of you”… Lol.

LESSONS LEARNT FROM PINMA LAUNCH with TOPIC: UNDERSTANDING THE TIMES (1Chron. 12: 32 & Esther 1:13)


In the 18th to 20th Century, better known as the "INDUSTRIAL AGE", many companies started out and the "Deciding Factor" between the successful ones and the ones doomed to be liquidated after a few years was "LABOUR".

The company capable of finding the most Industrious Workers in every key angle of their business was more often than not better than the one with average Workers.

Every company needed more PROFESSIONALS in their chosen field in order to gain "COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE" over its peers. Basically anyone who could work hard was in money. The selected few who UNDERSTOOD THE TIMES knew exactly what to develop about themselves in order to be successful.


By the year 2000, a new age was fully born, known as the 21st century or the INFORMATION AGE. In this age it's a different game, a different question. In this age, nobody's asking "HOW INDUSTRIOUS ARE YOU?". The Main question of this century is "HOW INFORMED ARE YOU?".

In your chosen field, how much do you know?, how much of that knowledge is relevant enough to invest on?

It's all about understanding the times we're in and adjusting to it's trend. Myles Munroe said "Men are either Creators of fact, or Creatures of circumstance. The Creators of fact are those who UNDERSTAND THE TIMES we're living in and take deliberate ACTIONS based on relevant INFORMATION in order to make IMPACT.

The Creatures of circumstance are those who have no Understanding of the Times and continue to apply the old STRATEGY to an entirely new and different game.
