It is on record that Nnamdi kanu was once arrested by jonathan and released and the failure of Jonathan in the east due to voter apathy during 2015 election was because of Nnamdi Kanu's message to people to boycott the election. hence, it can be said that Nnamdi Kanu was more instrumental to buhari's victory at the poll in 2015 than whatever vote he got from the southwest, when kano alone gave buhari more vote than the whole southwest. Just imagine the east recorded votes in millions like they did in 2011, am sure there would have been a re-run mind you, the difference between buhari and jonathan's votes was less than 2million

on why the cry for biafra has increased? Blame it on Buhari's handling. His hate for igbos increased the agitation... Arresting Nnamdi kanu and trying to destroy radio biafra was not the problem,

the handling of his arrest, disobeying court orders, his discrimination against igbos in his appointment, His famous 97% 5%, his transfer of bokoharam prisoners to Anambra, the silence and freedom to kill given to fulani herdsmen and the killings and arrest of harmless biafran agitators.

so tell me why people will not support and buy into Nnamdi Kanu's sermon when everything he had preached was happening?

Only a fool will say all these are not enough to spur an increased agitation for independence. People call igbos fools when we told them arresting Nnamdi kanu was a mistake but events have vindicated them the same way it was for not voting Buhari at the 2015 election

Finally, for those saying igbo/biafran politicains and elites should lead the call for biafra, my advise to them is to go and read more on history of revolutions..

Revolutions are never started and supported by the elites because they are not only part of the rot, they are also benefiting from the rot hence, they want the status quo to remain. it is the ordinary man on the street who feels the pains that are more eager to push for revolution.

Unfortunately what we have in our part of this world is innate cowardice and grand hypocrisy. Some people want it the easy way forgetting that you have to die to go to heaven.

I came to quote you because you said that people were transported from Onitsha to Owerri for protest but the reverse was the case because hoodlums and miscreants were moved from Owerri to Onitsha, Asaba, PH, Enugu etc to cause confusion and priotest for a fee. IPOB is an offshoot of MASSOB/BIM headed by Uwazurike. It was when Uwazurike compromised and took bribe from the FG that IPOB sprung up.
