Thanks for this, i tend to sleep a lot during the day say an hour or 30mins, even when I don't need it, more so , have been having internal body heat especially in my abdomen and close to my Scrotum, but a scan says my scrotum is not at risk.

Please what are the herb I can use to comabte these two?
