The question. Should be - Should we not have light in Nigeria? Anybody should be able to jog whenever he wants. He may be busy with office work in the day and the only time he has for exercise is at night. If he's paying tax, why should government not give him basic amenities such as street lightings?

I agree with you that there is an obsession, I've asked the same question but everyone knows oyinbo = white person. So where is the attempt to hide?
