Why Can't African Governments Help Haiti? by Roforofo(m): 2:35am On Jan 16, 2010
I am feeling so sad watching the news coming out of Haiti cry. The people on TV say they people are literally starving to death. America, Europe, Israel, China, Australia, Canada, Japan and South Africa are rushing specialist teams, engineers, search and rescue, doctors and nurses, food and essential supplies there. For goodness sake this is a country of fellow black people yet our USELESS governments in AFRICA are silent and can do nothing. Our leaders are happy to buy million pound houses abroad, steal billions of pounds and dollars to keep abroad and scream "COLONIALISM AND RACISM" at Western countries but when these disaster happen to a country with people of African descent it is only Western countries and South Africa willing to mobilize immediately. What can we ordinary citizens what can we do about this nonsense??
