I guess it is manageable but not big. The difference with a super market abs a big lockup shop is 2 things. 1. Packaging 2. Original goods. The interior must be beautiful and attractive. It must be able to attract the supermarket Level of customers who will come and buy at your prices without pricing which is opposite to a Shop. You must have light in there for 9 hrs at least. The cost printed on each item. In summary, #1m is small but you can start with it.

well N1m may be small but its better to start from somewhere.
have you considered the geo in terms of products in ur store?
if yes...its advisable to make a bill board listing some goods with their prices ( compare with market price, if market sells #300, you should be planning at #295 if it profits you).

that's what I think about it for now, Good luck

Was given some money by my former boss but I used it, couple with some that I borrowed to pay for my shop rent alone.

Got N4.8m worth of goods on credit....and the story goes one.

Chat me up via WhatsApp and I will give you a detailed analysis of what's obtainable in this super (store) market business.
