Hello Guys, I have just installed windows 7 on my laptop and beginning to enjoy it, but when I open a 3rd or 4th program for use it refuse, it keep popping up a notification message "maximum number of programs is already open" Please anyone has an idea of how to solve this  |

i believe you installed windows 7 starter edition - which was intended for low end netbooks i was under the impression it had been removed - are you using an rc version? |
