DOCUMENT U NEED FOR YOUR SCREENING EXERCISE

1.Date of birth certificate

2.primary school certificate (not
all university require this document eh.Unilag, Lasu,Delsu,unical,uniport)

3.WAEC/NECO/GCE-
NECO/WAEC-GCE/NABTEB result whether two sitting or one( Note! Uniport and
some university even state dont accept
two sitting ooo..is either you use WAEC,Gce,Neco,Nabteb.)

4.State of origin certificate ( you must collect it in any liaison office you reside
or if u stay in ur state go to ur Local
government office)

5.Passport let it be red background
ooo..or white background.

6.Secondary school testimonial
ooo .
(Note :if u do GCE u must still present the secondary school testimonial u finish from even if you fail the
school Wace..)
