You are a fool. Who built the satellite nigeria launched into space? Made in Japan, launched in florida and some stupid idiots in nigeria were watching it on tv in a room grinning from ear to ear and clapping that nigeria has launched a satellite. What happened after the launch? Did you hear anything again about it? A university with outdated books and obsolete curriculum who churn out unemployable half baked graduates year in and year out now claim they designed and built a satellite which will be launched in akura and florida at the same time and fools like you who know nothing about technology gobbled that falacy hook, line and sinker. Do you know how much it cost to build and launch a satellite into orbit? If you do, then you should know that it is practically impossible for that to happen in futa of all schools. You call futa a whole university? A university that relies solely on goverment allocation is nothing but a glorified high school. For your information, futa is not even up to college standard. Just hear yourself "when you want your satellite up there you just have to launch it with a rocket when their astronauts are going". Is a rocket or space shuttle molue? If it is that easy, then there will be more than a billion satellites in orbit. We have too many unintelligent people like you in nigeria and that is the reason the country is so backward.

Bad belle people won't rest. I am a Futarian privileged to have info about this program. The satellite was developed by a Futarian alongside students from other universities all over the world. Nigeria's input in this case is minimal as the student funded his preparation for the program. The university also has her quota to contribute towards the training program and launch. Note: the training program was subsidised by the Japanese government. FUTA owns the satellite and it will be launched on the said date. Nigeria is not solely funding any launch and I'm sure the Nigerian government has contributed almost nothing to this. This is the result of an academic partnership between universities across the world.

@ihateafonjas how does a school research fund meant to be a waste of resources?
claiming teachers are meant to be paid yet researches are to be frowned at?
should you then blame the lack of infrastructural capability to woo international still on government when you lacked the idea that education is not a matter of choice in terms of national development.

in case you don't know, Microsoft just ditched Nigeria for South Africa and the reasons is not limited to lack of capable man power.

Stay in another Man's country and be happy over their achievements. With your degree from Msu wherever the heck you claim you are, what has been your contribution to the country you're. in? Back it up with internet links, let's see...Guess you're just a faceless, unknown, proud taxpayer, slaving away in I another Man's country. Peharps it's your grandfather that helped to develop where you are. If you can't be impressed by the little changes going on in your own country, then you should be ashamed. I won't dignify you with another reply.

Lol. Am i not educating you on how to think? There is no greater thing than changing a phucked up mind. People like you stay in your own little world and masturbbate over mediocre things and it is my job to change your phucked up ways. And guy, it is not another man's country. It is my country. You forget, America is a nation of immigrants. No one owns it. Bros, i come here to educate the ones that want to learn and make fun of m.orons like you who are still stuck in the retardedness that has made Nigeria what it is today. It is what now? Over half a century and you all are still chasing your tails. Why won't you when more than half the populace have your kind of thought process. I really really feel sorry for you all. Smh.
