I think i can be upfront with my own opinion. Your budget is waayyyyy too low for waht you are looking for. 1996-1999 for that amount of money. At least you can tell your friend.

Check one of the Cotonou threads, u may be able to find something, but u will have to add a little bit more to have it delivered to your home.
