After Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State trended on social media over the buying of wheel barrows for youth empowerment, he directed the secretary to the state government to query the executive secretary of SEMA for printing his name on the wheel barrows without his approval.

Nothing was heard about it until today as LasgidiOnline saw a picture of a young man with one of the wheel barrows.

Ortom has indeed empowered the Benue youths.
