SCENE 5 (INT_ NIGHT_ SAFE OPERATION FACILITY_ DEPOSITION SQUARE) XTERS: Tina, Patricia, Robert and his LIB Team Members. BLURB: An active flow¬_ shot opened up prominently on the three characters sited before the deposition table, this time the sitting arrangement has been noticeably haltered, but technically favorable for better angles and shots interpretation. Robert is at the far end, Patricia and Tina are sited backing Robert as Patricia requested. The two male lawyers are still positioned at Robert’s side; another male lawyer sited adjacent of Tina with a legal pad and a pen- as if doing the job of a transcriptionist_ transcribing the testimony into text we believe. The Sony visual and audio recording device is standing at a corner with a tripod stand. The red indication light is on, so the session is up. After the tech lady was done with fixing the audio software and arming the ambiance for a great recording, Tina drove right out her words. TECH LADY If all parties are ready, we can proceed. (The characters all nodded as if unanimously planned; in affirmation they all did. Tech lady presented her concise piece of recitation and Tina took over the floor.) TINA I am a barrister, so I know how depositions go. (He calls-on in frustration in-there, while Patricia is live out here making her way out of the room with the clothes; possibly headed for her laundry area. She went off out of the room. Godman her husband didn’t notice her play, he went and sat on a velvet wrapped sofa at the sit out extension of the large master bedroom. He stretches to fetch a news paper for reads.) |
