LAPLAGE BUSINESS DISTRICT The development is located east of Victoria Island, off the 3rd roundabout (Popularly called Jakande) along the Lekki-Epe Expressway at a strategically prime location which has direct access from Lekki Peninsula Expressway via the northern side and the coastal road from the southern side. Option A Outright sale of shops measuring 22m² per shop at the price of N7million Naira only per unit subject to the purchase of between one (1) unit and four (4)units. Option B Outright sale of shops measuring 22m² per shop at the price of N6.5million Naira only per unit subject to the purchase of between five (5) units and above. TERMS OF PAYMENT Option A - 50% of total cost upon application and 50% within nine (9) months thereafter (two installments). Option B - 25% of total cost upon application and balance payable at the rate of 25% quarterly (four installments). Option C – 10% of total cost upon application and a 10% payment of difference every month until full payment is made. N.B – All payments be issued in favour of “WTES LAPLAGE BUSINESS DISTRICT” OTHER CHARGES Administrative Fee - A 1% Administrative fee should be written in favour of “WTES LAPLAGE BUSINESS DISTRICT” Legal Fee - A 1% legal fee should be written in favour of “WTES LAPLAGE BUSINESS DISTRICT” Form Fee - A fee of N 10,000 is to be paid for the registration form as in favour of “WTES LAPLAGE BUSINESS DISTRICT” Agency Fee – A 5% agency fee should be issued in favour of “BALUSTRADE BUSINESS COMPANY LIMITED” Development Time Schedule Construction activities of Laplage Business District Development commences with the evacuation of existing squatters on site. This will be readily noticeable by the second week in December 09. Subsequently will be the deployment of construction equipments and materials (construction activation) this will take the entire month of December, with active construction of units heading starting in January 2010. Delivery of Laplage Business District project is put at 14-20months starting January as earlier said.
