Please l urgently need an accomodation in Egbeda environment. Details of the accomodation are as follow:

a. Type of accomodation: 3bedroom flat with floor tiles (preferablly new house and maximum of 4 tenants in the compound))

b. Other information: House must be painted, with ensuite master bedroom, kitchen with store, and located in an area with motorable access road, property should
    have ample space for tenants to pack their vehicles.

c. Prefer location: Around Akowonjo, Shasha ,
 
d. Budgeted Rent: N300,000 per annum (Maximum). However where the rent is N350,000, Landlord should be willing to accept 18months rent.
