Jumping queues is a non issue IMO as a mark of respect I would let an old man or woman, a pregnant lady, a beautiful female wink or my superiors at work ahead of me if I was in a queue. The power supply here is so epileptic it's sickening that should be the main focus, its half time in2 Mr Presidents tenure and we can't even find him or his achievements. Nigeria is a brutish and depressing hole, once u turn on the news it must be something annoying
That's different since you would've permitted them and may have that kind of relationship with them. Jumping as per people pushing in without regard for those who came before them and/or not following an organised line. Lol guy whenever I'm there I get so mad at the light situation, I've never stayed there for more than a month but from my small experiences and conversations with friends I speak to who live there I can imagine how frustrating it can be, ndo

Stop ranting, think with your head,
we shouldn't excuse pick-pocket because armed robbers exist.
You want to live in a lawless and disorganised country, yet you
complain about everything.

You are a foolish person. Lawless and disorganized country indeed. Is that the priority now? Now please fucck off my mentions thanks

Dey r very funny. They r one of those that distort queue. Their leaders, like Saraki, dnt dey distort traffic or r dey above d law? Change begins wit dem, if dey want us to take Dem seriously. Let Dem include traffic distortion into d bill n c if dey wud obey it. Using Obasanjo's mouth, Nat Ass is a " den of rogues"

Smh, what's the longest you've gone without light?
Re: Reps Propose Six Months Jail Term For Anyone Who Distorts Queues by Nobody: 7:00pm On Jun 02, 2017
Where I stay the light comes on say 10pm and goes off 6am daily and that's always my lazy part of the day, I have seen say 2days without light, I hate the sound of generators unless it's extremely necessary the heat just sickens me

I knew you were a kid-adult, praising chaos and condemning order,
it is a shame that a thought that should be discouraged even in kids
is being championed by an adult.

If you hate order just move to a deep jungle or somalia,
where you won't need to follow any rule, in a civilised society,
order is needed and must be enforced, whether you like it or not.

Now you spoke some sense. I'm not advocating for disorderliness, I mean there are laws for loitering and they are welcome. I'm just saying this one is a misplaced priority. 6 months jail term? Seriously? So someone would be in our already over congested prisons and when asked his offence he'd say "I jumped a queue"? Does it make sense to you?

My grouse with the bill is this. If those reps even the one sponsoring the bill now happens upon a queue, won't their police escorts and orderlies push people out so "oga" could do fast and leave?

Is this bill the most important bill now that we need in this country? They would never let a bill for restructuring see the light of day. They would never sponsor bills to reduce cost of governance in this country yet the only thing they could think of is how to "discipline" the "disorderly" citizens...just as how buhari announced to the world on int'l TV that Nigerians are corrupt and undisciplined.

I apologize for my other comments, I do believe in domino effect that
a positive step taken in one direction may affect others, if
we adhere to our "everything goes" mentality because there are
bigger problems, we may never rise from our self-dug pit.

I also have problem with people going to jail, but I don't think
anyone will ever be jailed for such, it will likely end in fine and
the disordered party will get the message, same
way lagos handles its disorderly drivers, even though its law stipulates
jail terms.

Elites and their Children are always the first people to break these laws and rules...will the law catch up with them?
Answer: NO.

I CRY...LAW FOR THE COMMONER

It is a crime to be poor and in the lower class!...Please do whatever will take you out from that estate...but know ye that you would give account of all.

No problem. I apologize for my earlier rash comments. I understand you. Hopefully by the grace of God, we'd get there some day.

They only create laws that affect the common man. Why not create law to terminate a corrupt politician.... Lubbish
