Where I stay the light comes on say 10pm and goes off 6am daily and that's always my lazy part of the day, I have seen say 2days without light, I hate the sound of generators unless it's extremely necessary the heat just sickens me

Is this bill the most important bill now that we need in this country? They would never let a bill for restructuring see the light of day.
