I know a lot of you might have known this application already but at the same time there are also a lot of people that doesn't know it.

Not to worry because you can actually do it on your phone, sign it,fill it and then submit it back. The app is called Adobe fill & sign. If you are using Adobe Reader on Android you can easily see the link to the app on playstore in the option menu.
