Ibori - tribalized or not he is strictly an amurobber including all those he hung out with (sultan and chief/thief included). All their money and properties needs to be seized and the few left for them should be taxed from their governors salary.

If Nigeria can tax all these people after seizing their stolen money and properties, we might just make 2020 a reality in style too with world class green buildings and long term infrastructure with unimaginable security like world class sh**. You can steal ur parents stuff and that's your business; you can steal your business partners stuff and you guys can figure it out in court or the streets; you can steal ur balls and sell it to others or yourself that one na your wahala; You can give deals to ur homies but with proof of work done and verifiable accountability; but it should be that if you steal Nigeria's money in an obvious way or big way that your whole properties in Nigeria should be seized regardless of how u distributed the loot, and if cooperation is stiff, u can be jailed for 25yrs regardless of your age(of course below 20yrs is exempted). This action should be taken even if the loot was discovered 20years later, so if ur kids are chilling with public cash as if its personal stuff they will be in for a rude awakening and wish they never inherited anything because both legit and illegal should be seized until the investigations to proof his/her legit stuffs are done. This will bring out a new long term middle class society in Nigeria.
They should have a task force that they pay up to 70,000-120,000 dollars a year with big benefits including your childrens education covered for four years at a time; that would monitor all these people like EFCC (efcc is what am even talking about) but with more capabilities like recording all phone calls and verifing all 100,000 and above government transaction nationwide. So that way it encompasses all governors, ministers, local government chairman, government contractors etc. If you want to make money, u need to leave that honorable positions of the great country and figure out how and what you need to do without killing or robbing innocent people.

Is only in Nigeria that public thieves are admired and worshipped. All those stolen wealth should be able to build better labs for students, pay police, better classrooms, roads, etc and also have lesser fear of public loot. It will discourage people from going to a great nation's dignified positions just to steal.
