Kudos to governor El-Rufai for taking the right decision. This is what is expected of real national leaders who don't take side with their own when they go wrong. We hope when misguided youths from the south east make silly comments that are capable of heating up the polity, the leaders from that zone will be bold enough to not only condemn them but also call for their arrest.

When a leader knows the impact such a mass movement will cause his region, having reviewed the cost of one day sit at home, he is left with no choice than to cower. In a sense i give him more credit than the wasterners who pretend not to know the value add the igbo man is bringing to the table.

But the big question is should a proactive security agency wait for an El Rufai before clamping down on treasonable felons like those youths?
