When will Nigerians learn from experience? I can't imaging why people in calabar will risk their to scoop fuel from a fallen tanker. The most annoying part is the Road Safety officials who chose to play with their phones instead of preventing them from their suicide mission. This just happened now in calabar, along Uyo road
