A Nigerian spare parts dealer based in Luanda, Angola has been killed by yet to be identified gunmen. The deceased simply known by his friends as Obiorah was shot on Sunday night and his body was found inside his house with machete cults all over.

He was identified as Obi, by the Nigerian Community living in Luanda. Reports from our correspondent in Luanda said the deceased, was a member of the Deeper Life Bible Church residing in the Golf area of Luanda after he recently moved from the Baro Area of the oil rich country.

Confirming the incident was the Nigerian Ambassador to Angola, Olayiwola Olasehinde. He said he had asked the Protocols and the Security members to carry out an independent investigation to know what really happened, describing the incident as big blow to Nigeria and Angola, who are the hosts of the ongoing African Cup of Nations.

Speaking in the same vein was another Nigerian, Isiaka Olalekan, a member of the Deeper Life Church, who he said the deceased was a good and gentle member of the church, who had concluded plans to relocate to Nigeria after making it big as a spare parts dealer in Luanda.

Olalekan, a.k.a “Easy” an automobile electrician, disclosed that the Nigerian Community in Luanda is liaising with the Deeper Life Church to see how they would convey the message to the deceased’s family in Nigeria.

He described the death of the deceased thus: “it is unfortunate that this kind of incident could occur at this time of the year, a gentleman, who is planning to relocate to Nigeria, he had made it and had concluded plans to go back to Nigeria only for him to be shot and butchered by some men of the underworld. He was easy going, the church and the entire Nigerian Community here in Luanda will miss him because he is friendly

I wonder if there is any chance that those hoodlums that committed this dastardly act are apprehended.
