I cannot browse for the past one week now at oshodi,lagos.I have been to it customer care offices in two branches.I have also called it customer service twice still they have not rectify the problem.Does anyone face the same challenge?

Anytime u are using glo as first browsing sim kindly have strong network like mtn for backup incase glo fumbles.......

I thought was the only one having this problem though those customer care people said it's general around Ketu, I never knew it extended to Oshodi.
I have being wasting money for other networks when I recently did their monthly subscription somewhere because I came down and noticed the problem. Those customer care initially told me it will be resolved within 48hrs, now it's 24 hours for them shall. I don't know that this is how far Globacom has downgraded

not only data, to call or receive call for ketu area has been deadly. Iv switched up.

ALL - and I mean, ALL Glo bands - including 4G - have been down for the past four days in my zone at Lekki.

Incidentally, I've been experiencing inconsistent/erratic service on MTN as well for the past 24 hours, but that is not completely down.

My Glo 4G here is blazing, I rep Ikeja axis

Same thing in Ikorodu too... Glo used to be my number sim for browsing.. But recently it is a no go area.

i reside in oshodi too.. trust me glo bv been big time shit for like one week here ... i don vex sub on my mtn sim since wednesday ,no time for shit

I am based in Kaduna, Barnawa. GLO used to be good at GTB area but suddenly they lost it all.

Thought it was only me,even here in Edo,UROMI precisely.....the thing is jus so annoying

At Ibeju Lekki here Glo used to be Number 1 any time I want to sub for my Folks, all of a sudden them divide data into 2, (no P, they mostly use WhatsApp) but now for Magbon - Akodo, if you use a smart phone e the service would t even come up.
