We were all witnesses of the scare tactics which ensured the current president won the elections in the north, we heard stories of how some northern youths were brandishing knifes and other dangerous weapons in the north, all to make the people vote for their preferred candidate.
Impunity is when people from openly commit crimes, knowing they will not be punished. That has been the problem of Nigeria.
