Hello All,

I have been unable to load the credit I bought on my Prepaid Electricity meter. The handheld device seems not to communicating with the meter when I try to load the credit. And the supply has already cutoff. I will highly appreciate advice from anyone that has experience similar challenge. For many days NEPA has been promising me to come. Any idea how I can resolve this issue in order to light and save cost of running generator. My meter type is MOJEC.
