Northern Politicians have made a Hell of their fellow Northerners!!! Britain truncated Nigerian independence and handed power to the North. Since North has been in power, has there been any meaningful development among the poor people of North? Certainly no! It is clear to all. The poor Northerners know it more than any other person. Unfortunately, they cannot talk and they have nobody to talk for them. Shehu Sani is the lone voice that talks on behalf of the masses. These politicians use the poor northern masses to achieve their selfish gains. These politicians send their children for studies outside Nigeria. Children of poor Northerners do not go to school. They tell them to be reading the Quran. These politicians are stonkingly rich from the money they steal from the national treasury. These poor northerners are miserably poor. They cannot afford their daily meal. What a wickedness from these politicians. They do not want the poor northerners to open their eyes. They send the poor youth to fight unnecessary wars where they die. What a mischievous act! They have made a hell of their fellow northerners yet they confuse them by telling them that power remains in the north. See how poor Norht-East is, yet Northern politicians have been in power for almost fifty year. What a deceit! Let the truth be said and let the people be free. They cannot help these poor northerners because the system in Nigeria is that of looting instead of encouraging hard work. Time has come for us to confront the reality on the ground. |

Princesaha: This is the silly mindset harbored by most Africans. It is lazy and good-for-nothing indulgence where fear of self entrepreneurship leads to government handout and panhandle. There are many successful countries on earth without crude oil. Biafra will prosper into exemplary without crude oil. Since the crude oil was struck in eastern region of 1951, Ndigbo have never had control of it and had been denied anything from the crude oil proceeds. Those who depend on certain things which are far from their control shall leave to regret their future. |

Nigeria as currently structured is not making progress and thereby making the whole of Africa to remain backward. If we fail to have this difficult conversation about restructuring Nigeria, we will only delay the evil day. For the sake of our children, we need to act fast. |
