BROTHER, UR OWN IS EVEN SMALL.. AT MY AGES OF 15-30, MINE WAS WORST DAN URS UNTIL 2 YRS AGO I FINALLY GOT WAT IS HELPING ME TILL DATE.
NOTE: IT HAS TO DO WITH AGE,.. TOWARDS UR LATE 20S AND EARLY 30s, IT START REDUCING...
BUT SOME HELP N STEPS :
1). APART FROM TAKING UR MORNING N EVENING BATHS, ALWAYS WATCHES UR FACE WITH CLEAN WATER.. 5 TIMES DAILY.. AND DIS IS D MAIN REASONS U HARDLY SEE A MUSLIM BELIEVER WIT PIMPLES ON HIS FACE.
2). WALK TO ANY BIG PHARMACY N BUY "NEO-MEDROL pfizer" ... SHAKE IT B4 USE.. MORNING N EVENING...
3).REDUCE OIL INTAKE
AT LEAST, DIA WILL BE 85% IMPROVEMENT...

So graphic...... my brother this thing keep multiplying because of all these advises/advisers. Please leave your face alone, its a passing phase of an adolescent life. We all went through this, it has a cycle when it's time it will go. There is no treatment for pimples, when I had a similar experience as an adolescent, the dermatologist I went to consult the pimples on her face was even bigger than my own. You get to a stage it will go by itself. Cheers.

buy Neo mendrol, u can get it in any pharmacy or chemist, use it in d morning after taking ur bath and at night b4 going to bed

Gdevening...you can use Levocetrizine tablet...1 tablet once a day....also Doxycycline capsule 1 daily
Add Retin A cream.....apply it twice a day

Have u done ur HIV test. Better check maybe u are suffering the disease

I know of something someone used back then. It is a detoxification supplements and within 2weeks. The pimple cleared out. I will get the name for you. PM me for a reminder

Hello Op, please listen to me carefully, i had something like this 5yrs ago and believe me it was hell as i almost took my life with some allergic drugs/antibiotics.
First, i think its hereditary and will last for 4yrs or so but if u want it to go faster please listen to this advice and his Advice ALONE cos have been through this same thing before.

1. STOP taking butter and groundnut again and dont even think about it twice.

2. Get a TOILET SOAP and NOT a medicated soap (i recommend eva soap).

3. Get a soft foam and wash your face gently with this foam, soap and cold water EVERY NIGHT and morning.

4. Stop applying cream of any kind to your face

5. Stop picking your face

6. I can assure you that you will see the changes.

Thats me on my pics, you wont believe how this method has changed my life.

K brothers is bae! Once I start having chest pimples, I use it and they clear. I had a terrible breakout last year and couldn't get K brothers because it was/is scarce. I just had to go for something else which is slow in action but I'm seeing visible positive results.

OP , do purchase a Retin A cream and Doxycap tablet ( a brand of tetracycline) it will help u out and pls dont press / touch it ur acne at all.

I hope someone already told you to stop pressing them...also drink loads of water.

90% of the advisers on this thread have never had pimples, and so they're only doing copy n paste...
My pimples started in 2005, when i was in ss2. Since then i've tried several tube creams ranging from nixoderm, epiderm cream and a lot of others that i can't even remember... It was jst 3 years ago i discovered that most of those creams and anticeptic soaps were just making the pimples to increase more... Now i use skineal and eva soap to manage the pimples. It makes d pimples disappear for some times. I'll try out doxycyclin dat i've read about here, hopefully my face wil regain its glow

Buy a soap called K Brothers. It's a perfect squared black pack. The soap inside is yellow. Wash your face as often as possible and do not apply any medicated or antiseptic cream or facial cleansers on your face. They make it worse.
2. Stop touching your face or wiping your face with your clothes.
3. Change your bedsheets and pillow case very often
4. Stay away from groundnuts, egusi soup and oily foods
5. Be patient.
Those steps helped me get over my pimples

Go to a pharmacy and get Neo-medrol and apply mostly night immediately before bed. You wl amazed

1. You need antibiotics for infections.

2. Dissolve noncoated aspirin tablets in water. Use it to wash/scrub (use hand not sponge) your face every night. Let it sit for about 20-30 mins, then rinse off.

You will look amazing in about a week.

Nawa o OP, so you mean you can't visit a dermatologist abi?
Book and appointment with a dermatologist, he would tell you what to use. You could also mention Ro-accutane so that he can prescribe it to you.
I want you to understand that acne is just a phase, it is caused by hormonal imbalance and It would clear with time. But if you really want it off, Ro-accutane is the drug for it. You can google Ro-accutane (isotretinoin)

Your phone might also be causing it, make sure you wipe clean your phone ,as you hold it against your cheek , our phone screen carries an unbelievable amount of bacteria, ensure that your hands are always clean, your pillow case should also be clean, try stay clear of oily, fried food , sugar also as in cut out all fizzy drinks and refined sugar, wash your face with antibacterial wash, try not to overdo it as this could dry out your skin and cause the skin to secret even more oil.
Absolutely no bleaching or harsh beauty products, look for apple cider vinegar, dilute and use as a cleanser

You are probably in your adolescent age. Don't disturb your face. Just keep washing your face frequently to keep the face dry. Don't force it out with any chemical, otherwise you will have permanent holes in your face and you will regret troubling it.

Op yours is not even severe ,you should have seen mine ... You would flee .

All anti biotics and creams didn't work infact stop applying them . They only worsen the situation I. e neo Medrol , skineal e. t.c .

I can only recommemd you use

I. apple cider vinegar as a face wash
II. avoid the sun.
III. use anti acne products I. e soap and face cleanser e. g seba med or well formulated aloe Vera products.
Dont use honey , lime , lemon , tomatoes and the likes , it would only do more harm to your skin.

IV. Do a Hot water face steam in the morning and at night ( withstand the pain). This can be done by pouring hot water in a bucket . dip ur face in the bucket ( Not in the hot water) and cover your head with a thick clothe e. g a towel or blanket . Hang in there for about 10- 15 minutes . This hot water therapy is a must do and it works very well.

v. Try taking local made herbs. meet any gent or woman that sells herbs in your environ they know what to give you.

vi. Sleep in a well ventilated room or area.

vii. Avoid sweating. Get multiple white handkerchiefs. Dont re-use a previously used part of the handkerchief (this is done so as to reduce the spread of the bacteria) .( handkerchief must be white because it is easier to spot the dirt )

viii. Get benzoyl peroxide 5% wash.
If acne continues get the ultimate acne drug roaccutane ( get a go ahead from a physician before taking this drug and it is quite expensive)

ix. be strong in prayer .
