As much as i'm concerned its a welcomed development, I think the north is wrong in the sense that no group has the right un issues such a quit notice to another for various reason. Yes not even ipob or massob or ohaneze has the right to do so. At most the best the north can come up with is a push for referendum through the right channel. Only after a successful referendum can we now determine the proacess of leaving which must be subject to regional and international laws. The north can decide to call for a sit at home un buttress thier point yes they are equally free un organise protests too even up to the national assembly.
